Charging and Compatibility
Recharge easily via the USB-C port (Input Only).
Compatible with any standard USB-C cable rated at 2A or higher.
Enjoy uninterrupted airflow while charging at Speed Levels 1–3. (Turbo Mode is unavailable during charging.)
The LED battery indicator makes it easy to monitor battery status and receive low-battery alerts.

Care and Cleaning
NOTE: Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Turn off the fan before cleaning.
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the exterior surfaces.
For more thorough cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry completely before use.
Do not insert fingers, tools, or other objects into the air outlet or fan openings.
Do not use flammable liquids, chemicals, abrasive creams, steel wool scouring pads for cleaning.
Never spray with liquids or submerge the fan or USB cable in water or anyother liquid.
Store the fan in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
Damage caused by liquids, fire, extreme temperatures, or other external factors.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

FAQ
Question: Is AirFold safe for children?
Answer: AirFold is not a toy. Children should use it only under adult supervision.
Question: Can I take AirFold on the airplane?
Answer: AirFold may be carried on board subject to airline and security regulations. Please check your airline’s rules before traveling.
Question: The appliance doesn’t turn on, no ring light.
Answer: Please check whether the battery is charged and the USB-C cable is properly connected. Make sure the power button responds normally. If the issue persists, please contact customer service for support.
Question: Can I use AirFold while charging?
Answer: Yes. AirFold supports use while charging, except Turbo mode.
Question: Why does AirFold feel warm after running for a while?
Answer: A slight warm-up during use is normal. If AirFold becomes too hot to hold comfortably, stop using it and contact customer service for inspection.
